In mid-October, Grades 6-9 took part in the mini marathon, which is 2 laps around a part of the Serpentine (2 km per lap). The purpose was to improve fitness, and raise money for charity.

Miss Rautavuori said the mini marathon “is a great way to start the year in PHE” for several reasons.
“It helps students improve their fitness levels, develop resilience and feel a sense of accomplishment! Plus as a community we raise money for charity which is always a wonderful thing,” said Miss Rautavuori, the PHE teacher
The charities each grade raised money for are as follows
Grade 6: Guide Dogs
Grade 7: Worldwide Nature Fund
Grade 8: M7 Education
Grade 9: Ocean Cleanup
